Course Description

One major aspect of a comprehensive marketing plan is deciding how much of your budget you should allocate to each channel or each campaign. In this lesson, you will determine where your organization fits on the decision-making spectrum and identify approaches to use when allocating your marketing resources. You will also reflect on the key performance indicators (KPIs) you'll use and the sources of data for each KPI.
