Course Description

Research shows that there's a greater risk of gender bias in ambiguous settings: when performance goals are not clearly quantified or defined, for example. In this lesson, you will examine what you, as a woman in a leadership position, can do to reduce ambiguity and lessen the risk of gender bias. You will hear from Professor Streeter about three common dilemmas faced by women in leadership and identify some of her best practices for dealing with those dilemmas strategically.
