Course Description

There are specific and actionable steps that HR leaders can take to drive greater organizational performance through employee engagement survey data. In this lesson, you will hear from Cornell University Professor Lisa Nishii on how you can coach line managers to leverage engagement data in their routine work. Professor Nishii will also discuss the value of linkage research and what that means for HR leaders.
