Course Description

Think about what it means to have a work environment in which all three levels of inclusion are aligned. How does this look and feel to employees? In this lesson, you will learn the importance of immediate supervisors promoting inclusion, even if broader organization policies and practices are sound. You will examine how most barriers to diversity management emerge at the level of the line manager, and assess specific manager behaviors that can help promote each of the three dimensions of an inclusive climate. You will also hear from three experts on their experiences leading and aligning for inclusion.
