Course Description

HR leaders often identify key talent groups within an organization and then devise interventions, design programs, or develop policies aimed at maximizing the contribution of those key groups to organizational performance. In this lesson, you will look at the development of HR interventions, programs, and policies that can advance the goals and overall performance of your organization. You will study five key factors influencing employee performance. You will also examine how the balanced scorecard can be used to identify data to collect in order to monitor performance.
