Course Description

Whether you are awash in data from your ongoing business processes or considering how you might capture some of this crucial information, you need to begin by deciding what you hope the data will do for you. In this lesson, you will examine how to plan a sound data-driven decision. You will identify an important decision, select key stakeholders, and determine which key performance indicators are important to these stakeholders. You will also consider what data you can leverage along with the factors that could ensure or limit the effectiveness of that data.
