The site selection process involves balancing a number of different factors as well as potentially competing goals or expectations. As you collaborate with your stakeholders to identify an appropriate site and refine the design goals and concept, your vision for the garden may evolve. In this lesson, you will examine how understanding the needs of the location along with the client's needs will lead to selecting plants that will accomplish the design goals.
