Course Description

Communication in a hybrid work environment introduces a number of advantages as well as challenges. This lesson explores both and provides ways to best use hybrid communication. You will start by examining best practices for managing hybrid communication to make it effective. You will then examine the transactional communication model to define the basic principles of communication. You will also compare face-to-face communication with hybrid communication to identify the specific issues surfaced by the latter. Finally, you will review examples of successful — and less successful — hybrid communication practices to help you form your own.
