Course Description

The way a hybrid team is initially set up will affect how it functions later. This lesson will guide you through the different phases required to set up a successful team. You will begin by focusing on the manner in which a team should be structured. You will then turn to identifying the team’s mission and goals and how to assign members with roles to support those goals. Finally, you will set your team in motion by reviewing the elements of an effective kickoff meeting.
