Course Description

Promoting mature and self-responsible functioning in others is one marker of an emotionally mature leader. To do that, you need to assess your own patterns of behavior and thinking, including how they contribute to the emotional maturity of your relationships both at work and at home. In this lesson, you will observe behaviors in yourself that reveal blame, busyness, and bias. You will then examine common behaviors behind different levels of self-responsibility. Finally, you will assess your impulse to solve problems when they are brought to you by another person.
