Course Description

In this lesson, you will delve into management reporting: what it is, how it differs from financial reporting, and its goals and primary challenges. You will explore the five basic types of management reporting systems and the four functions that they try to achieve. You’ll identify the functions and purposes of management reporting systems that are most important to your organization. You'll also analyze the functions and management reporting systems currently in place at your organization, and you'll determine how to implement new management reporting systems or improve existing ones.
