Course Description

A Business Model Canvas is a tool comprised of nine boxes used during the customer discovery phase. This tool is used to ensure that all vital aspects of your strategy are iterated upon through your innovation strategy. The nine boxes within this framework are value proposition, customer segments, channels, customer relationships, key activities, resources, key partners, revenue streams, and cost structure. In this lesson, you will examine each of the nine boxes and how they contribute to your innovation strategy. You will also be provided with a Business Model Canvas template to use in the field.
