Course Description

For most of us, when our compensation is being re-evaluated, the conversation typically involves ourself, a supervisor, and possibly a human resources representative. When it comes to executive compensation, however, there are many more parties who are deeply invested in the final package decision. In this lesson, you'll consider each of these parties — who they are, what their concerns are, and how they exercise influence, both inside and outside the boardroom. You'll also examine the process by which executive compensation decisions are made behind the boardroom door.
