Course Description

Understanding the functions and forms of presentations will help you to tell your story and move your stakeholders from What Is to What Could Be. In this lesson, you will explore the TED Talk, a powerful transmedia form known for contemporary presentation, information architecture, and strategic storytelling. TED (technology, education, and design) Talks follow a specific model, presenting well-formed ideas in less than 18 minutes and focusing on one subject at a time, in short chunks. This form of storytelling aims to focus the mind, sparking interest, action, and transformation in your stakeholders. For the best experience, first complete the preceding lessons in the series "Storytelling Across Media" and "Engaging Specific Shareholders".
