Course Description

When your organization makes any changes — large or small — within a DEI-centered framework, methods for tracking the impact of those changes are needed to ensure that they are effective. Monitoring and tracking your organization's progress in recruiting, hiring, promoting, and retaining marginalized employees gives your organization the ability to show the benefits of DEI-centered hiring as well as to determine which DEI-centered changes are the most successful at attracting and retaining more diverse talent. In this lesson, you will identify commonly used methods for tracking the progress of DEI initiatives, including internal and external benchmarking, representation tracking, developing inclusion surveys, and collecting qualitative data. You'll explore ways to visually communicate your findings across your organization. You will also access a tool outlining inclusion survey examples and tips, which will assist you in obtaining wide-ranging survey data that is still reportable.
