Course Description

A DEI-centered hiring framework requires more than just individually addressing the components of your hiring process; it also requires an established, consistent method for measuring the long-term progress of those decisions. Measuring your organization's progress in inclusive hiring helps you determine both the immediate impact of any DEI-centered process you make and the overall impact on the diversity of your workplace. In this lesson, you will examine different methods that your organization can use to measure its progress in attracting diverse talent as well as maintaining that talent through the hiring and employee development process.
