Course Description

In this lesson, you'll examine how people evaluate others on two dimensions, warmth and competence — the same dimensions they use to judge brands. You'll explore how to group brands into four categories based on these dimensions. You'll also participate in a hands-on activity where you'll consider the impact of company culture on the brand and another where you'll determine to what category your brand belongs.
