Course Description

Attention, or what your customers focus on, is a key driver in how they will decide what to buy. In this lesson, you'll explore why attention is so important online, and you'll hear some recommendations for how to try to capture customers' attention. In a hands-on activity, you'll examine an online store and consider whether more can be done to attract the attention of customers. In another activity, you'll examine how the formatting of a bidding website might impact customer behavior. You'll also access a reusable tool to remind you of the best practices for creating messaging with attention in mind.
