In this course you will learn how to define the key elements of your Personal Toolkit - Poise, Empathy, Resourcefulness and Caring (PERC). Using these tools, you will identify ways in which you can apply them to every customer interaction. After completing this module you will be ready to put Your PERC Toolkit into action.

Target Audience

The School of Hotel Administration Service Excellence On-Demand Training Program is intended for anyone who works with customers. It focuses on the foundations and fundamentals of delivering service with excellence and gives employees tools and strategies for working with people. Learners may come from any industry, but their job function demands that they routinely interact with and provide service to internal or external customers as a part of their jobs and business functions.

This content is designed for anyone who works with customers, and provides a framework applicable to front-facing employees in any industry, not just hospitality.
