Course Description

As you have seen, organizations are complex. Tinker with one part, and the implications are felt in other areas. When problems arise in an organization, how can you leverage policies, systems, practices, and culture to address them without disrupting another part of the organization? In this lesson, you'll investigate how to combine and align policies, systems, practices, and culture in order to create productive interventions that address issues while minimizing the likelihood of creating new problems.

For the best experience, take "Designing Organizational Systems: Design Policies, Systems, and Practices to Manage the Business and the Workforce" and "Designing Organizational Systems: Analyze Organizations as Social Entities" prior to this lesson.
