Course Description

There are many key decisions to be made when preparing to bring a new food product to consumers. You must consider the high-level components: prototyping, scaling up, pricing, and business goals and strategies. In this lesson, you will focus on prototyping, the first of these components, and use a provided checklist to explore the high-level go-to-market strategy steps. You will also analyze a sample product prototype description template tool to familiarize yourself with the first step of the go-to-market strategy then consider your food product protocept to fine-tune a definition of your specifications.
