Course Description

When you are content with yourself, you are better able to cultivate gratitude for others. Conversely, people who don’t appreciate themselves are likely to have challenges appreciating others. Gratitude can lessen our complaints about the small things in life that tend to occupy us, thus developing our resilience to deal with the larger challenges when they arrive. In this lesson, you will practice meditation routines designed to help you cultivate gratitude, resilience, and appreciation for life itself. These qualities are foundational for positive relationships with others.
