Course Description


The people committed to change and ready to engage in collective action are often diverse in terms of their backgrounds, beliefs, values, and social positions. Shaping this set of people into a cohesive group who can work together isn't an easy task.

In this lesson, you will discover two ways to address the challenges that can arise. First, you will reflect on the importance of creating a shared sense of urgency among the group members that can motivate them to commit to taking immediate action. Second, you will examine the importance and value of holding effective group meetings and access a range of techniques you can use for doing so.
