Course Description

In this lesson, you will explore the Proteus Phase, where you will identify what it takes to create an agile culture and evaluate your organization's decision-making processes in order to improve speed and efficiency through empowerment. You will then assess other crucial factors in culture and know-how in order to enable your organization to finally reach digital transformation and prepare to adapt fluidly to the ever-changing conditions of the world of digitally transformed marketing. This lesson assumes you have knowledge of the Data, Analytics, and Insights Phases of digital transformation explored in the "Digital Transformation for Marketing" lessons "Finding the Data," "Reviewing and Sharing the Data," "The Analytics Phase," and "The Insights Phase."
