Course Description

In this lesson, you will explore the second phase of digital transformation: the Analytics Phase. You will examine the differences among supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, and how these directly translate to actionable ways to apply AI to your marketing activities. You will also evaluate your organization’s current abilities within the Analytics Phase, then strategize ways to improve these abilities. This lesson assumes you have knowledge of the Data Phase of digital transformation explored in the "Digital Transformation for Marketing" lessons "Finding the Data" and "Reviewing and Sharing the Data."
