Course Description

The journey to becoming a winemaker involves questioning some commonly held beliefs of wine grape production. Many misconceptions involve dueling viewpoints, whether it is source vs. sink relationships, capacity vs. balance, yield vs. quality, or even hand harvesting vs. machine harvesting. These competing views will be presented, allowing you to draw your own conclusions.
