Course Description

To fully appreciate wine, you must first experience how to describe wine using sensory perception. This lesson focuses on sensory physiology, or the way in which a person sees, smells, and tastes. You will explore the physiology of these senses as well as what it means to taste as a team and to be a supertaster. You will have an opportunity to think critically on your journey toward becoming a wine professional.
