Course Description

Having satisfied customers can make or break a business. In healthcare, it’s a bit more complex, as there are third-party payers, and some areas have limited options for certain health services. Despite these factors, it can be helpful to think about satisfaction in those unambiguous terms. In this lesson, you will analyze the importance of patient satisfaction and its impacts. You will review how satisfaction is measured and how you can compare your organization's satisfaction ratings with other similar institutions. You will also complete an activity in which you select two areas where you think your organization can most improve.
