Course Description

Following fabric selection is construction and fit. If fabric and its accompanying materials are the bones, then construction and fit are the actual body and shape that go over them. Construction and fit take your garment from a pile of fabric on the factory floor to a finished piece that can be worn by your customer. As you will discover, not only is construction one of the most detailed parts of preproduction, but it is also one of the most transformational.
