Course Description

In this lesson, you will explore the key to successful marketing automation and decide where and when automation and AI can best be used to enhance your business's marketing efforts. To this end, you will review the concept of segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP) along with the customer journey in order to identify ways to augment these processes through automation and AI. As you do so, you will explore issues of personalization, trust, and privacy that become increasingly relevant as automation and AI factor into your marketing efforts.
