Course Description

In this lesson, you will review a professionally prepared social media strategy and examine the 4Ps of marketing, with particular focus on promotion, in order to evaluate the integration and alignment of a brand's voice, promise, and identity across social media as well as broader marketing efforts. Furthermore, you will investigate how the different social media platforms fit into the vast social media ecosystem. You will also use a five-stage social media strategy, along with your understanding of the individual platforms, to evaluate a company's social media activity and consider how to expand or improve consumer engagement.
