Course Description

What happens when a party fails to perform a contractual obligation? The answer often depends on whether that obligation is subject to a condition as well as how close a party's performance comes to meeting the requirements set forth in the contract. In this lesson, you will examine whether a party's actions (or inactions) constitute a breach of their contractual obligations entitling the other party to a remedy, differentiate a condition from a promise, and explore recommendations for anticipatory breach.
