Course Description

We all come from different backgrounds and have distinctive personalities and habits. Our unique Social Style® influences how we communicate and how others interact with us in return. The workplace tends to bring together people from a variety of cultures who have ways of communicating and behaving that may be different from our own. So if it's your goal to be an effective communicator regardless of with whom you're dealing, how do you ensure successful interactions with people whose Social Styles® are different from yours? In this lesson, you will examine the qualities of different Social Styles® and how Social Styles® represent who you are, how you think, and how you behave in workplace situations.
