Course Description

All of the time, effort, and money spent completing a situation analysis and identifying actionable objectives and strategies culminates in the creation of the brand plan. The brand plan is a comprehensive document. In its entirety, it may include summary information such as the Brand Mission, Values, and Purpose; the Positioning Statement; and Brand Objectives and Strategies. Although the brand plan is a comprehensive document, the term commonly brings to mind the listing of the specific tactics that marketing and other departments will implement to achieve the brand objectives and maximize performance. This is the focus of this lesson, and we call this section of the brand plan the brand executional roadmap. In this lesson, you will explore the important elements — such as unity — of a brand executional roadmap.
