Course Description

The decision of which fermented beverage to produce is dependent on a variety of factors, with both environmental and economic aspects to consider. Although you may want to produce one type of product, if the raw materials aren't available or the production costs are too high, you won't be successful. In this lesson, you will explore in more detail the methods of producing different types of fermented beverages. You will also consider nonalcoholic beverages that have been fermented. Finally, you will design a production plan for a new fermented beverage that you might like to make.
