Course Description

Statistical process control (SPC) is an approach to quality control that uses statistical techniques to monitor a process. It helps you determine whether the variation in a process is common or assignable by looking at more than one dimension of quality over time. In this lesson, you will gain statistical process control tools and practice using them to evaluate the quality of a process. You will also see how to use these SPC tools to evaluate whether a system or process is in control (consistent) and capable (delivering according to needed specifications).
