Course Description

Though it is on the opposite coast from California, Washington, and Oregon, New York is a top wine-producing state.

In this lesson, you will explore the critical role water plays in the New York wine industry and several important AVAs. You will continue your study of wine labels and what they reveal about a wine. You will also apply what you have learned in an analysis of a New York winery and wine.
