In this lesson, you will determine when training is the way to address a problem in your organization and then explore other options you might use instead. Although training is designed to provide knowledge and skills to your team members, not all performance issues fall into this category. Training is not always the most effective approach; other approaches, such as, improving self-efficacy and the self-efficacy of your team, might be more effective.
