In this lesson, you will assess your current listening practices, listening environment, and internal service culture. You will examine advanced forms of listening with the HURIER Model, gain skills needed to model a stronger listening environment in your workplace and empower your customers and employees through listening. You will discover the power of service within, identify potential barriers to service, and think about your organization's internal environment.
