Course Description

To create a culture of service excellence, you need to first be a service champion yourself. In this lesson, you will examine the characteristics of a service champion and assess how you rate in terms of these characteristics. You will practice curious discovery and consider assumptions you make and how they may or may not differ from your observations. Finally, you will explore the topic of empathy and how you can express more through your nonverbal communications to create a caring environment for those around you.
