Course Description

Once you complete a product strategy statement and use a visual to describe the product’s key drivers and metrics, you will then be ready to set objectives and key results (OKRs). You will examine a guiding set of principles as you choose the right objectives, as well as tips for prioritizing the top objectives. You will then examine how to define key results, focusing on critical factors that are simple and measurable.
