Course Description

Not all complaints should be treated as grievances. With the use of actual contracts and cases, you will identify and consider strategies for reviewing a grievance. You’ll study the strategies of experts and determine how to apply them in your own cases. The resolution of grievances also involves cultural and situational facets you must consider. In this lesson, you will put an action plan together. Using the CoGaP form, you will evaluate the necessary participants and prioritize preparation efforts.
