Course Description

By definition, negotiations involve the back-and-forth exchange of proposals between the two parties. You need to be able to assess the financial impact of the current proposal and manipulate the numbers during the negotiation process. When a tentative agreement has been reached, you want to be able to communicate value and costs to stakeholders. In this lesson, you’ll practice manipulating ballpark estimates in a negotiation scenario and communicating these strategically in order to "seal the deal."
