Course Description

What does committing to diversity, equity, and inclusion look like? The truth is that it may look very different for different people. Strategies to enact change could vary depending on the position someone holds at work, their social identities, or their connection to the issue at hand. Their commitment might also be influenced by their individual strengths and challenges when trying to effect social change. Though this is the case, everyone's commitment — no matter what it looks like — matters.

In this course, you will explore what a commitment to change can look like. You will discover how understanding challenges, barriers, and your personal strengths can help you foster a more inclusive and equitable work environment for everyone. Throughout the course, you will also determine what your 15% solution is, identify the “now what,” and create an action plan.

These courses must be taken in order, and this course follows “Speaking Up and Responding”.
