Course Description

The power and gender dynamics that are at play in most organizations are subtle and nuanced. In this lesson, you will examine the implications of gender bias, both conscious and unconscious, and look at how that may be playing a role in your ability to advance. You will explore some of the predictable pathways to power, examine the ways in which women are often filtered out of those routes, and consider some of the ways you can enhance a workplace culture of parity, both for your own benefit and for the good of the organization.
