Course Description

For a compensation plan to effectively drive strategic change it must be aligned with the mission and/or goals of your organization. This strategic alignment should apply to each compensation decision you make. In this lesson, you will review the need to align your pay with various strategies throughout your organization. You will explore operational, tactical, and strategic objectives and immediate, short-term, and long-term needs. You will also examine the Workstations group and the San Diego self-managed teams, and evaluate how each of these align their strategy with organizational goals.
