Course Description

The word “entrepreneurship” can mean something different to everyone; it can mean being a founder, a risk taker, or even an adventurer. Typically, “entrepreneurship” is a noun that is immediately associated with the personal characteristics or traits of one person. Yet the speed of business today requires constant innovation and agility, and not just by a few key people with the "innate qualities" of an entrepreneur. Everyone up and down the organization needs to embrace entrepreneurship as a mindset rather than as a personality characteristic.

In this course, Professor Mukti Khaire will introduce a systematic way of thinking like an entrepreneur so that you can be an effective and valuable source of innovation within any established organization. You will discover a simple framework for cultivating the right mindset, which will then allow you to move forward with a plan to gather the right resources, establish organizational processes, and ultimately scale and sustain one new opportunity for growth within any established company.
