Course Description

In Six Sigma projects, the ability to analyze risks and make informed decisions can determine success or failure. In this course, you will examine the impact of risk analysis on decision making within Six Sigma projects. First, you will identify domain-specific risks and use modeling techniques to demonstrate the potential outcomes of different decisions.
